HP4000 is a powerful street sweeper that combines the performance of two machines in one. Thanks to the TwinAction system, the HP4000 combines the force of the mechanical action to collect the most substantial residues with the effectiveness of a vacuum action to vacuum up the finest dust. The rotating shaft with hammers system, with which it is equipped allows this road sweeper to easily pick up large debris such as branches and leaves, which are then shredded and vacuumed for consistently flawless cleaning results. This results in the debris hopper of the HP4000 to fill more slowly than a conventional sweeping machine, allowing significant savings in terms of money and time for emptying operations.
Designed to be have extremely high-performance levels, the Comac HP4000 also has a green soul to take cleaning operations to the next level by reducing both waste and emissions. In fact, in addition to reintroducing clean air into the environment, this 4.1- m3 street sweeper is designed to work without water, allowing savings of up to 150,000 litres/year. In this way, water is used only in auxiliary functions to break down dust on side brushes, when dumping waste, or with the pressure washer for precision cleaning.
HP4000 is the mechanical and vacuum street sweeping machine designed for cleaning urban areas, maintaining warehouses or parking lots, and due to its low water consumption, it is particularly suitable for cleaning industrial structures and cement plants with large amounts of dust. Its design ensures that no element touches the ground so that it sweeps effectively over uneven ground, near bumps and pavements, or where there are roots of pine trees and manhole covers.

TwinAction System: the mechanical action involves the movement of the central brush, which collects material from the ground and launches it into a hopper where, thanks to a rotating shaft equipped with hammers, it is crushed and broken down. At this point, by means of the vacuum action, the material is raised to the collection hopper, while the sucked air is filtered and returned to the environment perfectly clean

Unlike traditional sweeping machines, with HP4000 the side brushes have an auxiliary function (only used along edges and pavements), consequently reducing the use of water which is used only in a nebulized state and only to control dust, without wetting the ground
